What is your return and exchange policy?
All sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at orders@ianbloom.co within forty-eight hours of delivery. We may require photo proof of any damage.
What shipping options do you offer?
We ship worldwide.
For shipping within the United States, available shipping options may include:
- UPS 2nd Day Air (2 business days)
- UPS Ground (1–5 business days)
- USPS Priority Mail (1–3 business days)
- USPS Media Mail (2–8 business days, books only)
Please note that UPS does not deliver to PO boxes or to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
For shipping internationally, available shipping options may include:
- DHL Express Worldwide (1–6 business days)
- FedEx International Priority (1–3 business days)

Do prints and editions follow separate policies?
Yes. Prints and editions may involve separate handling, shipment, inspection, insurance, and delivery procedures from books or posters.

Can I ship to multiple addresses on the same order?
No. If you need to ship items to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each delivery address.
Will my order ship in multiple packages?
Yes. Some orders may ship in multiple packages to ensure safe handling in transit. Books, posters, prints, and editions may be packed and shipped separately.
Can I pick up my order in person?
No. Online orders cannot be collected in person through Ian Bloom Shop.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept major debit and credit cards supported through checkout, including American Express, Mastercard, Visa, and Discover, subject to payment processor availability.
Can I cancel or change my order?
If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact orders@ianbloom.co with your order number as soon as possible. We will try to accommodate the request, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed.
Are posters and editions framed?
Unless otherwise noted on the relevant product page, posters and editions are sold unframed.
Are editions signed and numbered?
Where applicable, edition details including edition size, signature, numbering, dating, and related policy information are stated on the relevant product page and, where applicable, on the Edition Policies page.
