Edition Policies

What you are buying

Every print is an archival pigment print, signed verso by Ian Bloom. Editioned prints are numbered and dated as well. Dimensions, edition size, and framing are stated on each product page.

How long it takes

Prints are made to order and ship in 2 to 4 weeks. Oversized works take 4 to 8 weeks, because they are packed to order.

Shipping

Shipping is calculated at checkout. Oversized and high-value works are quoted separately. A print may ship apart from posters in the same order and arrive on a different day.
International orders may be charged duties, taxes, or import fees by the destination country or the carrier. Those are paid by the recipient.
Please give a complete and accurate delivery address. Anyone who accepts the delivery at that address is treated as authorized to do so.

If something arrives damaged

Email orders@ianbloom.co within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and photographs of the object, the packaging, the shipping label, and the interior packing materials. A claim cannot be assessed without them.
We will review the order and decide the remedy at our discretion: replacement, repair, store credit, or refund. For a signed or editioned work an exact replacement may no longer exist, in which case the remedy will be a comparable one.

All sales are final

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for change of mind.
To change or cancel an order, email orders@ianbloom.co immediately. We will try, but once a print has entered production we usually cannot. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable once those services have been performed, except where the law requires it.
